本人的經驗：
出發前在本地看準最低的要換，卻沒有臺幣可以換！只好屈就高兌換率。。。也不夠臺幣，人數多嘛。
只好換了一些，就把其他的數額換成美金。打算帶過去換。

怎知臺灣換外幣好麻煩！！！

拿去銀行換，說不能換因為有印痕之類的瑕疵！而且還要加手續費，不劃算！

拿去百貨公司換（新光三越），每個護照只限換三百美金！也是有一點點墨印就不能換！
后來干脆不換那么多，因為用maybank kad直接通過atm 拿臺幣出來，回來查看兌換率還低！
真。。。

是可以还是不可以喔？？？  好混乱喔。。。。

建议：换去debit card还可以当visa用

嘿嘿，是我啦，
当然可以！先在本地去maybank atm设定，可选择暂时性(比较安全，可输入你在国外的日期)，或长时期在国外使用，就可以了！！但是我忘了首页该选什么，应该是lain-lain之类的吧

只要世界各地的那台提款机有“BANKCARD”的logo，当然你要户口有钱!

兑换率应该是看当时的吧！
真的不建议到那边换！太麻。。烦。。了！！！

只要国外的银行有PLUS 的LOGO就可以了，当然你先要在本地的maybank atm setting... 我在中国提过钱!

我指的麻烦是换钱！不是用提款卡噢，不然我就不会推荐啦

带够的钱，或者带一半，另一半到那边提出来。

在台湾，用美金换，如上面我所提过的，手续麻烦和不化算(花时间，甚至可能不能换！只要有一点印迹，拿回大马换没问题！！

)

当然会有收费，但银行也有收手续费，有钱却没得换，没办法就选提款！

帮你们去问了下maybank，得到的回言是：

Dear Sir/ Madam

Thank you for your email.

You may use your ATM card abroad to perform withdrawals from the primary account that is linked to your card.  However, you are required to activate the  card before any cash withdrawal/transaction is allowed overseas.  Activation may be done by the following ways:-

1. at Maybank ATMs by the cardholders, or
2.  you may request the activation over the branch counter
3. or contact our Executives at the numbers mentioned below as proper verification is required.

You may perform the transaction at any ATM machine which displays the 'PLUS' sign or 'VISA-Interlink' sign.  Please be advised that the service charge incurred will be equivalent to RM12.00 per transaction.  The currency dispensed will be according to the country of the ATM location.  The bank abroad may also charge a nominal fee for using their services.  Hence, as a suggestion, you may  also liaise with the respective bank on the exact amount levied (if any).

Should you require any further assistance, you are welcome to contact our Customer Service Executives at telephone number 1 300 88 66 88 or 03-7844 3696 (overseas) 24 hours a day , 7 days a week.
