All three main solutions may incur risk.

In financing, risk coming off with interest
rate flow.

In financing, risk is heavily dependent on the fluctuation of interest rate.

Companies have to pay more debts if interest rate goes up.  (okay)

There are risky if wrong decision make in investment.

A wrong decision in investment will incur certain risk.

Dividend decision faces different type of risk.

Also, decision to make dividend or not will incure different type of risk.

High dividend cause companies reduce liquidity and risky, but low dividend will make shareholder unhappy and sell off the share they holding.

A high dividend payout may cause companies facing problem on liquidity and cashes; however, a low divident payout will cause disatisfication on shareholders bcause of low return. As a result, shareholders might choose to cash out their share holding.

rate 是可数名词，所以应该是 interest rates

cause companies facing problem on liquidity
应该是 cause + object + to infinitive ：
cause ... to face...
例： ... cause companies to face liquidity problems

虽然对你的观点有异议，但就单纯以你的文字上来作讨论。
A company faces different risks when making decisions. For instance, when it goes for bank loans, a company will expose itself to interest rate fluctuation risk.  It is an even bigger risk when a company invests (in a project or business expansion?? 说明了点) ,any wrong decision will potentially lead to huge losses. In addition, the decision for share dividend will pose a potential risk (for a public company?) . A high dividend to shareholders will pontentially deprive a company of its liquidity. On the other hand, a low dividend will  make shareholders unhappy。 This will resuit in selling pressure of the stock, thereby putting pressure on the stock price.(这观点有点问题）。
