装修估价（贵吗？）

打算装修厨房和主人房，找了三个来估价。以下是最便宜的：

电工
1. 13mA power point    RM95/no
2. Lighting point downlight    RM75/no
3. Downlight    RM50/no
4. 16mA air-con point & water heater point    RM250/no
5. Kitchen hood & hub point    RM130/no

Plaster ceiling
1. Plain plaster ceiling    RM2.8/sqft
2. Main hole with aluminum frame    RM85/no

Concrete & Tiling
1. Concrete top 21'6"L x 24"W x 34"H c/w 2' x 2' tiles    RM3850
2. Labour charge for kitchen ABS piping   RM500
3. Labour charge for floor tiles (exclude tiles)    RM5.5/sqft
4. Labour charge for wall tiles (exclude tiles)    RM4.5/sqft
5. WC installation & piping work    RM380/no
6. 1.5hp inverter air-con installation(free 10' piping)    RM350

请问各位以上价钱比市价贵吗？

真的很贵。原RM350是 1.0hp non Inverter 而已。1.5hp Inverter 要加多 RM70。好像有点狮子开大口的感觉。
我厨房6粒 down light，所以 6 nos lighting points， 对吗？还是1 lighting point，其余都是 looping point。这6粒 down light 都接去一个开关。请问 lighting point 和 looping point 价钱相差多少？
