那些无言无辜中hack的人进来下

那些无言无辜中hack的人，也就是说没有给别人密码，没有在cc玩而中hack
你们中hack之前有没有跟别人买meso?
我怀疑是我跟一个公司买meso而中hack的
请大家踊跃提出意见，谢谢

我被hack了。。
不过不懂要去哪里诉苦
我就来这里了
今天，我开了我的account，在选character那里
我看到我的character已经空空了
结果我进去，所有有价值的东西不见了
我突然觉得很空虚
我打去给客户服务，他们叫我scan ic给他们看
才能确定我是real account owner
可是注册时我用什么ic我都忘记了
我不懂做么会中hack
我没有下载3rd party software,没有在cc玩，没有给别人我的account
我现在怎么办啊？

啊？和全部人的case一样
他们都说没有给朋友玩, 没有去cc开..没有乱开mail..
过后都无端端被盗用了
应该是没有办法了吧？
scan ic应该没什么用？
I'm sad to hear your game account have been compromised by hackers. From my experience and knowledge from other players, some players do get compensated for their equipments and mesoes and some players do receive their compensation through maple points. Some players managed to track down the hacker with the help of the police, while there are players who have not received a reply from the investigation team.
What i can advise you is to provide as much information from the date/time when you last login before you discovered you became a victim and the date/time you login and discovered you become a victim and the items loss in the process and changes which happen to your account. There are 2 avenues which you can provide these information to firstly through Qbox (Maple Abuse) or help.maplesea@asiasoftsea.net

试试看mail他们可以refund什么吧？应该最多也10k maple point？ |

我被hack的是我的全部装备（scrolled到很完美的）问题是有些untradable东西如zakum helm还有很难拿的quest item怎么办？？ |
