第一次买屋子请专家们帮帮忙

如题
小弟准备第一次买屋,也GOOGLE了一些资料但还是有些问题需要各位专家们帮帮忙。
屋价:180000 LANDED新屋
MOF:90%
TENURE:15
REPAYMENT:薪水的三分之一 (from money3.com calculator)
除了PTPTN,没有其他贷款和信用卡
问题
1 请问小弟可以拿到90%的MOF吗?(因为小弟在小新和难拿假期,无法亲自去问)?
2可不可以在付DOWNPAYMENT之前向银行查询自己是否可以借90%。如果可以,除了PAYSLIP和BANK STATEMENT,还需要其他文件吗
3 请问Est. Disbursement fees是什么?

直接去银行的网站,他们有网上申请贷款的服务,如果你的资料符合,他们会联络你。 |

1) 没问题....90% OK 的.....还要看你的PROFILE
2)还要你的TAX FORM, IC, BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT, EPF, SPA/BOOKING RECEIPT.....
3) LAND SEARCH, TITLE SEARCH 吧.....要问律师.... |

看来银行只借钱给人买VIOS 和CITY,不太要借钱给人买屋
是有办法弄到90% 的。。。但不方便公开 |

而且不必浪费太多时间去寻找银行。
