请问在SSM注册了生意注册如 xxxx Enterprise ......

请问在SSM注册了生意注册如 xxxx Enterprise , 但是没有开门市店做生意，只是经营网络销售，由于刚开始，营业额不多，是否强逼性以公司名誉向政府报税？ |

一定要报。。但未必要给政府抽税。。这要看你公司的盈利或亏损而定 |

1. There is no legal status for the enterprise as it is one-man show business where the owner and the business considered as one entity. The owner will run the business by himself and that is the reason why the business fortune depend on how good he is running the business. After all fund, effort and hard work devoted to the business in return the owner would entitled for all of the net profit generated from the business as a reward. But, one thing to bear in mind is that the enterprise is not liable to pay tax, as all income will be taxed personally to the owner.

你要让政府知道你公司的PROFIT & LOSS 和 BALANCE SHEET，之后尼公司所赚的收入就是你的个人收入了。。你再用这个收入去报你个人的所得税了。 |

什么类型公司？
如果是个人公司(sole proprietor / pemilik tunggal)/合伙公司(partnership / perkongsian)， 赚钱/亏钱每年都要呈报， 自己去填form交上去就可以了。 有赚就要缴税， 亏本就不必缴税！ |

sole proprietor and partnership 的方法就是像我所写的。。如果你会填的话就可以，不会的话可以去incame tax department叫他们教你。。 |

我想知道如果我不报税，只是一年到期后去更新注册，会有什么问题吗？比如罚款或什么的。
