2009年Nuffnang 槟城乒乓超级联赛（决赛圈成绩和照片出炉 - 第6及306楼）

一年一度的槟城乒乓联赛即将开打。今年的比赛将会于7月26日开始第一轮赛事致10月份，为期四轮的联赛。

2009年Nuffnang 槟城乒乓超级联赛的前身为万能杯槟城乒乓超级联赛，由万能博彩公司在三年前开始赞助为期三年的比赛，过后今年起却没能再赞助了，所以为了让槟城乒乓联赛可以继续地主办下去，槟城乒乓公会主席拿督程铁成博士以他儿子的公司名誉，赞助接下来的乒乓联赛。

接下来的每一轮比赛，我都会为大家放上比赛照片与成绩，希望网友们可以多来发言与支持，由或者是亲自到槟城钟灵独中大礼堂现场观看比赛，入门肯定是免费的。。。

Competition Rules

1.
Name
NUFFNANG Penang Table Tennis Super League 2009

2.

Objectives
2.1.
To promote the game of table tennis in the various district in the State of Penang.

2.2.
To provide opportunities for our local players to play more competitive competitions so as to enable them to horn their skills.

2.3.
To enable the junior players the opportunity to learn the finer points of the game from the senior players.

3.

Sponsorship
The NUFFNANG Penang Table Tennis Super League is fully sponsored by NUFFNANG Sdn. Bhd.

4.

Rules
The NUFFNANG Penang Table Tennis Super League shall be conducted according to the Rules of The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) and the following regulations.

5.

Entries
5.1.
12 teams shall be invited to participate in this competition in a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis. All entries shall be sent through affiliated clubs / associations / schools to the Hon. Secretary / Tournament Chairman with the appropriate entry fees.

5.2.
Each affiliated club / association / school shall be limited to send in NOT more than TWO teams.

6.

Mode of Competition
6.1.
The NUFFNANG Penang Table Tennis Super League shall be a Team Competition. A maximum of 9 players and a minimum of 6 players shall constitute a team.

6.2.
The mode of competition shall be as follow:
Stage 1: All the participating teams shall be drawn into 4 groups of three. And the teams shall then play a round robin competition to determine the position of 1 – 3 in their respective group.

Stage 2: The champions, runners-up and the third ranked teams from the groups shall play among themselves in another round robin competition to determine the positions of 1st – 4th, 5th – 8th and 9th – 12th respectively.

7.

System of Competition
7.1.
Each team match shall be played in the following order:


Match 1 : Singles


Match 2 : Singles


Match 3 : Doubles


Match 4 : Singles


Mtach 5 : Singles

7.2.
A player can only play in either the singles or the doubles event.

7.3.
All the 5 matches shall be played off in the best of five games.

7.4.
A team conceding a walk-over (due to the absence of player / players) in any of the individual matches shall be deemed to have conceded a walk-over in that team match.

7.5.
A team is allowed to register NOT more than ONE international / national / state player (year 2006, 2007 & 2008).

8.
Eligibility of Players
This Super League is opened to players of an affiliate (in benefit) of the Penang Table Tennis Association (PTTA).

9.
Registration of Players
9.1.
All teams shall register their players in the official entry form.

9.2.
Change of players is allowed before the commencement of each round of the tournament. However, Rule 11 on the registration fee of player shall be applied.

9.3.
A registered player shall not be allowed to re-register with another team once the competition has started.

9.4.
A player who registered to take part in this tournament shall be obliged to represent the state of Penang in the National Championships if called upon to do so by the Penang Table Tennis Association. This only applies to players from Penang.

10.
Team Uniforms
All team players MUST wear their team playing attires for all matches and also during the Closing & Prize Presentation Ceremony.

11.
Fees
Each team shall pay a registration fee of RM50.00 per player and a deposit of RM300.00 (preferably in cheque). The deposit shall be forfeited if a team gives a walk-over.



12.

The competition shall be played in four rounds including the Grand Final as follow:

Points System
Points System for each round of competition shall be as follow:

14.
Tournament Ball
Butterfly 3 stars orange ball shall be used.

15.
Awards
15.1.
Prizes in the form of Cash Awards shall be given to the top 8



finishing teams as follow:


Champion
: RM2,500.00 + replica

Runner-up
: RM1,500.00 + replica

Third Position
: RM1,200.00 + replica

Fourth Position
: RM1,000.00 + replica

Fifth Position
: RM
800.00 + replica

Sixth Position
: RM
600.00 + replica

Seventh Position
: RM
400.00 + replica

Eighth Position
: RM
200.00 + replica

15.2.
The Champion team shall also receive a NUFFNANG Challenge Trophy.

16.
Disputes
All matters of dispute shall be referred to the jury and the jury’s decision shall be final and binding.




17.
Protest
17.1.
All protest must be in writing, accompanied by a deposit of RM300.00 and forwarded to the jury within thirty minutes from the occurrence of the incident. The match shall hence be played under protest.

17.2.
If it is resolved that such appeal / protest is unfounded, the deposit shall be forfeited.

18.
Jury
18.1.
A jury shall be formed to manage the League Competition.

18.2.
The jury shall comprise of the following members:
Chairman

: Mr. Tan Kheng Hong


Mr. Leow Lim Hai


Mr. Leong Chen Tak


Mr. Ho Chih Wei

18.3.
A minimum of 3 members of the jury must be present to validate the meeting.

19.
Right To Reject Entry
The jury reserves the right to reject any team / player from participating. Entry forms accompanied by entry fee and deposit may be given the priority over those do not.

20.
Other Matters
20.1.
The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss of property or injury sustained during the duration of the tournament.

20.2.
Any matter not provided for in the foregoing regulations shall be decided by the jury whose decision shall be final and binding.

全槟乒超联赛 旺角(蓝)夺魁

　　(槟城26日讯)2009全槟乒乓超级联赛周日圆满结束，本年度冠军队伍也随着诞生，旺角(蓝)以总积分84分，成功摘下冠军宝座。
　　由槟城乒乓总会举办的全槟乒乓超级联赛，从7月26日开打，并分别在8月23日、9月27日及10月25日进行了团体联赛初赛阶段。经过约4个月的鏖战后，周日进入了最后的总决赛阶段，旺角(蓝)成功力挫其它对手，夺下冠军荣衔。

　　在初赛积分一度领先的中华游泳公会，最终仅能以78分屈居亚军；此外，另一支旺角(红)则以67分夺下季军。冠军队伍获得奖杯及奖励金1500令吉，亚、季军则分获奖杯及1500令吉及1200令吉。

　　第4至11名次分别由日新校友会(红)、日新校友会(蓝)、梢日本料理(红)、北海怡园、Powerset乒乓队、丽真乒乓队(蓝)、丽真乒乓队(红)以及梢日本料理(蓝)夺得，各名次队伍分获奖励金数额不等。

　　全槟乒乓超级联赛前三甲队伍：
　　冠军：旺角(蓝) - 陈耀扬（领队）赖光耀、曹逸林、李永江、骆文亮、廖康兴、洪英杰、邱益伦

支持此項比賽, 可是沒到現場支持了, KL to Penang 遠了點. 那有哪些高手參賽? 也感謝版主提供寶貴難得的照片和賽績.!這樣版主也成為了乒乓新聞記者了

哈哈，jet哥， 不要那么谦虚啦。谁不知道你在太平公开赛大出风头。要不是在半决赛对江沙领先时放松，也许比赛成绩就会改写。jet4840是这论坛内的另一会员的分身，他是谁？到时来槟城联赛就会见到他了。

最大年级的参赛球员我看应该有六十多岁吧。而跟我同一个会馆打球的宿将最大年级的有八十多岁，去年在巴西的世界乒乓80岁以上级别夺得世界亚军。

如果时间没更改的话，槟城乒乓公会也会主办总共三回合的槟城宿将乒乓联赛。事成的话我也会大家带来比赛的照片与成绩。
