excuse me any1 know how to easy and get to register an investment account ???must IC and Rm20 to register ??? in any1 bank ??? website cant to register ??? if can someone live perak ??? can tell me where to register and so much ??? thank you |

必须ic的，至于rm20，不是每间公司都有收的，
