We are an establishedand reputable company engaged in the Warehousing, Logistics,Fulfillment, Distribution and technology-related services in Malaysia.We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals for thefollowing vacancy in our new branch office in Bahau, Negeri Sembilan: -
Admin Assistant / Executive
(Negeri Sembilan - Bahau)
Responsibilities:
- Responsibile on daily operational duties of the company's logistical fulfillment services at the branch.
- Administrativeduties such as maintenance of and follow up on proper documentation andrecord filing in accordance to policy and operational procedures.
- Liaise and communicate with both internal and external parties on daily operational matters.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience, knowledge & experience in logistics industry is an advantage.
- Computer literate with good communication skills.
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Chinese dialects is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
