買新家，怎樣的優惠才能吸引你

通常發展商都會有給特別優惠給early bird
如果你決定要買了，怎樣的優惠更加能吸引你？
以上的例子是說假設發展商給你的offer是RM12,000的現金回扣或者價值RM18,000的產業增值例如免1年管理費+送冷氣+家私等等
你會選擇哪一個？

我喜欢2'x2'的地砖, 厕所和厨房的希望也不要太palia
因为基本上除非很烂, 不然我都不想去做地上
又贵又麻烦...
aircon不一定要送, 但是wiring啦好最重要 |
