关于你的问题，有很多原因，主要是：
1）练习不够-可以的话天天练球
2）无好的教练指导-基本功不好，难进步-应该找个教练指导自己
3）比赛经验不足-心理素质不好-练球时打得很好，比赛时却太紧张-需要多参加比赛累积经验
4）太在乎输赢-不要给自己太大压力
5）自信不足-需要加强自信
