I want to fill up a appraisal from , please help me see the below is it correct or not , or have any other better explain with what i want to said.      

1) To improve accuracy on documents preparation.
2) Encourage to boost some aggressive
3) Willing to do out of his job scope

who have human resource experiance, I do not have any experiance to fill up this.

I also do not know how to fill up, want to observe what????
