有很多人和银行loan可是通常reject 的rate 很高，这样的情形你们如何处理你们的业务？
我这里有 sme loan 和 personal loan 希望可以帮到大家，又需要的请 pm 我。

Personal loan requirement:-
1.        NRIC (photo stat x 1.5 size)
2.        C-TOS / C-KRIS (from bank negara)
3.        EPF / KWSP ( original with stamp from officer kwsp ) = for bank used
4.        PAYSLIP (computer print with EPF ACC number) preferred fake documents, income more then RM3000 and above.
5.        BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT (direct from bank) bank boor
6.        company appointment letter / confirmation letter
7.        UPGRADING / CREATING ( UPGRADING taking 7 working days to proceed, CREATING taking 21 days for proceed.)

SME LOAN requirement:-
1.        Company current bank account (more then six months, transaction turn over more then RM20,000.00 and above per month)
2.        Company REG SSM FORM24/49 BORANG D (more then 6 months and above)
3.        Name and I/C (write in a blank paper)
4.        Company proposal, business potential, back up or support documents, customer data base.
5.        Office add, phone, fax, mail, proper outlook, staff information.
6.        Trade record showing business was running up, strong regular customer or suppler support behind.

Chargers and the fees of processing loan:-
1.        Personal loan charge 35% from total amount of the loan, will be paid after the loan successfully confirm.
2.        SME loan charge 10% from total amount of the loan, before proceed customer have to pay up front 1% from the total amount loan, will be refundable after 90 days of process if fail to approve loan. The balance have to be clear after loan approve immediately.

THE FIRST MEETING AND THE SECOND MEETING:-
1.        First meeting for personal loan have to prepare every documents that we request, we will consult the loan amount, loan process timing, interested charge.
2.        Second meeting for personal loan will be arrange by the banker for interview, confirmation for the loan amount, and any others as well.
3.        First meeting for SME loan have to prepare every documents that we request, we will consult the loan amount, loan process timing, interested charge, credit account.
4.        Second meeting for SME loan will be arrange by the main consultant for interview, confirmation for the loan amount, proper paperwork or documents that banker require.
5.        The last interview will be arrange by the banker from SME loan department for loan approval.
