The Board of Directors of CBS Technology Berhad ("the Company" or “CBS”) wishes to announce that on 12th November 2007, the Company has signed a three-year service contract with Equipment Engineers, Inc (“EE”) of the Philippines(“Contract”). EE is the machinery trading arm of EEI Corporation (“EEI”), a leading construction company listed on the Philippines Stock Exchange that is involved in construction and erection of large-scale heavy and light industrial projects, infrastructure and property development. Under the Service Contract, EE will set up an e-Procurement hub using CBS’s e-Procurement system, which is an extension of CBS’s proprietary SolmateTM RFID solutions. CBS will manage the full cycle of e-Procurement processes of EEI’s purchases of construction and infrastructure materials or services in the Philippines, as well as abroad, in return for a service fee based on transacted value. EE has committed a minimum transacted value of 1.2 billion peso (equivalent to approximately Ringgit Malaysia 96 million based on the exchange rate of RM1=12.47peso as at 12th November, 2007) per year over the next three years commencing from 1st January, 2008 to 31st December of 2010.

Financial effects

The Contract is expected to contribute positively towards the CBS group's future earnings and net tangible assets for the period of the Contract. The Contract will not have any effects on the gearing, issued and paid-up share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the company.

Directors' and Substantial Shareholders' Interest

None of the directors and substantial shareholders of the Company and/or its subsidiaries or any persons connected to them has any direct or indirect interest in the Contract.

董事局的哥倫比亞廣播公司技術berhad公司（以下簡稱"公司"或"公司" ）謹此宣布，於2007年11月12日，該公司已簽署了一項為期三年的服務合同，與設備工程師，公司（簡稱"李議員" ）菲律賓（下稱"合同" ） 。李議員是機械手臂交易的eei公司（簡稱" eei在" ）是一家領先的建築公司，上市菲律賓證券交易所，是參與建設和架設大型重型和輕型工業項目，基礎設施和財產的發展。根據服務合同，李議員將成立一個電子採購中心利用哥倫比亞廣播公司的電子採購系統，這是一個擴展的哥倫比亞廣播公司的專有solmatetm rfid解決方案。哥倫比亞廣播公司將負責管理這個完整週期的電子採購流程的eei在購買的建築和基礎設施的物料或服務，在菲律賓，以及在國外，以換取服務費的基礎上的交易價值。李議員已承諾最低交易價值12.0億比索（相當於約馬幣馬來西亞9600萬的基礎上，匯率的令吉= 12.47peso截至2007年11月12日） ，每年在未來三年內，自2008年1月1日至12月31日的2010年。

金融的影響

該合同預計將作出積極貢獻，對哥倫比亞廣播公司集團的未來收益和有形資產淨值為期限的合同。合同，將不會有任何影響，對資本負債，發行和實收股本及主要股東持股的公司。

概無董事及公司的主要股東及/或其附屬公司或任何相關人士，以他們有任何直接或間接利害關係，在該合同。

如果 RM96000000 的 SERVICE FEE 是5%的话.. 就是说利润有4百80万了.
以 08NOV07 的 PE 为票准 = 0.7/0.0509= 13.75
预测08年的EPS 有0.10CENTS
目标股价就是 P = EPS X 13.75
               = RM 1.37

放心,我買不是因為看了你的帖,而是有高人指點,此高人上一役讓我在RM0.60進場,RM1.10套利.過後就觀望股價掉到RM0.50.

我來說說cbs的好壞:
好:
1.有大概每股rm0.30的現金,sc已經強制cbs最遲明年初出個定案來應用該筆現金,不排除會有股息派發或股本回饋又或紅股派發
2.生意開始衝出星馬,最近簽了菲律賓的生意,估計陸續會有更多海外案子,衝出本土,立足海外是好現象,證明不是拐杖公司,也不是不思長進的阿斗公司
3.被中東金主相中,已經入股25%(emerate investing, dubai)
,估計對開拓中東市場又絕對幫助
4.老闆是實幹和白手起家的年輕企業家, 前身為大馬ibm的精英之一
5.公司上市至今一直賺錢,還有成長

壞:
1.將會發配30%額外股份給土著,到時馬友估計會拋售來賺快錢,對股價有一定壓力.但換個角度看,如果cbs不賺錢,sc會催它配股嗎?
