买wa到期时是须要一段时间转换成母股的！如在这段时间,股价狂泻，手握wa的就会被套牢。要小心衡量风险喔！投母股以是一种风险了。。。
=》只是小弟的小小看法，值不值得还是要自行判断。

到期应该remiser会来电加钱转换。最好问一问自己的remiser同时要准备转换金。这wa应该要到期才可转换，而且他是在溢价水平，直接卖了在买母股不就好了。

IFCA第3季业绩亮眼 拟年底20%净利派息

（吉隆坡6日讯）IFCA（IFCAMSC，0023，自动报价股）总执行长杨健（译音）指出，该公司已准备好，将在今年底以优厚股息回馈股东。

他今日在该公司业绩汇报会上向媒体表示，正在评估派息计划，放眼将公司净利20%作为股息派给股东。

他说，公司董事部已就此事召开会议。

IFCA昨日宣布第三季业绩，净利暴涨443%，报853万令吉；营业额从1526万令吉，上扬至2575万令吉，涨幅达69%。

股价扬9%

杨健指出，IFCA已累积大笔现金，所以目前是派发股息最好时机。且公司营运不需要太多资金。

联昌国际投行研究指出，IFCA第三季的业绩创纪录，年度化后，首九个月的净利达他们预计的178%，超越预期，强劲的业绩主要受国内和中国营业额带动。

亮眼的业绩表现，带动IFCA股价水涨船高，闭市时报75.5仙，起6仙或8.63%，一度攀升至76.5仙，成交量有5988万2100股。

料提早转主板

联昌国际投行研究分析员上调IFCA2014至2016财年每股净利预测36至100%，目标价格也从78仙，上调到1.05令吉；评级维持“增持”。

他说，目前为止，本地消费税系统提升工程，才进行了14%或840万令吉，还是初步阶段，未来数季内，还有高达5010万令吉的工程将进行，将持续激励营业额。

“该公司的营运成本固定，营业额足以应付营运成本，所以预计接下来的营业额增长都将直接反映到净利表现上。”

分析员还说，他们原本预计IFCA将于2016年转板到主板交易，但基于今年更强劲的净利表现，可能明年就会转板。【南洋网财经】

这个股是不错的，一直赚钱，加上积极开阔海外市场和明年GST。Q4 report 来临之前应该会有炒作，但是那之前只能 。。。 看你咯，你可以Take profit 离场观望如果信心不强。
但是这一切建立在Market 好与坏，现在Market 如果持续下去再好的股也是不妙

IFCA多媒體（IFCAMSC，0023，創業板科技組）為何漲到那麼高？該公司的業務前景如何？

答：
聯昌研究在11月7日指出，該公司的股價在一個月裡漲升了逾50%，主要是市場預期最新第三季的淨利大增有關。

當時，該行給的目標價為1令吉零5仙，或等於其2016年財政年預測本益比21倍水平，並建議加碼評級。特別是其2014年財政年第三季淨利表現創下歷史新高，以及可能在2015年轉移至主板上市的催化利好。

業務前景方面，聯昌研究在11月7日的一項研究報告指出，該行對其未來數年的業務展望感到樂觀，主要成長動力來自國內及中國市場。

該行指出，該公司最近的營業額增長，並非是來自消費稅的服務合約，將從2014年第四季起才作出較為顯著的盈利貢獻。

該公司最近宣佈的2014年第三季業績表現令人驚喜，主要是目前逾25%的銷售額是來自新客戶，反而消費稅收益僅會在2014年的第四季才會較為顯著。中國市場持續是該公司今年最大的銷售貢獻者。

第二點是，該公司計劃耗資約1千400萬令吉，以便在2014/2015年開發新產品。該公司有能力做到這點，主要是其強勁的預期營運現金流及淨現金情況的資產負債表。目前該公司已經投入700萬令吉的發展開銷。

第三點，該公司正尋找併購機會以擴張業務，惟將會保持專注在它所專長的領域。最後一點，就是若一切順利，該公司將會在2015年轉板到主板上市，比預期計劃提早一年落實。

（吉隆坡8日）競優國際（IFCAMSC，0023，創業板科技）因消費稅計劃前景，帶動股價大熱上漲11仙至82.5仙。

競優國際以73.5仙開盤，先起2仙，一度飆升11.5仙或16%至83仙。該股閉市報82.5仙，增11仙，成交量達3667萬1400股，為十大熱門股。

分析師視該公司為消費稅相關的諮詢工作的其一主要受惠業者。

（吉隆坡16日訊）最近大熱飆升的競優國際（IFCAMSC，0023，創業板科技）今日股價衝破1令吉，創歷史新高紀錄，引起馬證交所關注，遭發出“異常交易活動”（UMA）質詢。

該股今早開市時，微跌1.5仙以98仙報開，但在沒有特別企業活動或消息下交投大熱，早盤起1.5仙衝破1令吉水平，以1.01令吉寫下歷史新高水平。

該股半日交易量2675萬9500股，為早盤最熱門股項之一，引起馬證交所關注並發出質詢。

馬證交所在文告中一如往常，要求該公司解釋近期價量齊升的原因，同時要求該公司報備可能導致股價或交投波動的企業活動，包括仍在洽商階段的計劃，不過競優國際至截稿前尚未回復質詢。

午盤競優國際保持熾熱交投但股價轉跌；截至下午4時半，該股跌4.5仙至95仙，成交量4054萬8300股。
