应该是 I have been there (before).  以现在的时间作为根据，所以用 have.

我去过那里，但我现在在这里，不在那里。

覺得本地人常常把SALE和SALES搞錯。。
很多地方的都寫會SALES。PXDXXX SALES。。
看到都是本地的牌子比較多。

还是
我还在那里
为什么

如果要表达我还在那里的话

i am there 或者 i have been being there可以这样子吗?

不好意思，之前誤人弟子。
i am still here 我（現在）還在這里 （現在式）
i was still there 我（之前）还在那里 (過去式）
i am still around 我（現在）還在（這里）（現在式）

你現在是在這里，不可能現在在那里，除非你之前在那里。

俺不太會解釋，但是英文跟日文有點類似都有時間，地點，（人物/pronoun）。
如果隨便用的話，句子就不會make sense..
