國油淨利創高峰．上下游商機無限
石油股吸引力十足 推薦給朋友

（吉隆坡訊）國家石油公司（PETRONAS）截至2007年3月31日財政年淨利再創新高至464億令吉，預料未來其石油業上下游領域的資本開銷及發展機會是“有增無減”，使分析員紛紛看好國內“石油黑金股”，從中攫取工程合約的豐厚“油水”。
國油2007財政年資本開銷為220億令吉，比預算270億令吉低19%，這主要是一些工程因成本激增而延遲推行，或缺乏熟練員工及人力資源所致。
亞歐美研究表示，國油沒有透露2008財政年的資本開銷數目，不過相信會比2007年來得高，特別是它專注於國內深海領域發展潛能、以及對東部走廊發展計劃的承諾。
國油將發展深海領域，是長期生產及儲存原油的主要解決方案。一旦落實，預料拉慕尼亞（RAMUNIA，7206）及國際船務（MISC，3816）將是主要受惠上市公司。
分析員指出，國油為首推行的東部走廊發展計劃，預料有機會分得一杯羹的公司，包括國油氣體（PETGAS，6033）、東方太平洋（EPIC，8265）、戴樂集團（DIALOG，7277）等，為該計劃下首選股項。
大馬研究表示，雖然國油開發成本揚升，不過上游石油與天然氣活動將會保持活絡。
國油2007財政年頒發4項新生產分享合約及獲得海外6項新生產分享合約，並開發5個油田及3個天然氣田，總數達85個，而上游價值鏈的開銷達到190億令吉。
分析員指出，至於國油下游領域擴展計劃，計有登嘉樓提煉廠擴展產能計劃，每天增加9000桶、馬六甲提煉廠擴充計劃，使2008年時每日增加4萬桶、集團III基油工廠於2008年中成完、蘇丹港口提煉廠於2010年投入營運等。
隨著國油上下游的石油發展計劃豐厚，使分析員對本地整體石油與天然氣領域保持“加碼”評級。
擁有強勁策略聯盟及科技的石油與天然氣資產經營者或公司，預料會從國油在國內外市場的發展獲取良好商機，及給予“買進”評級，包括
石油机构(OILCORP, 3697) ,科恩馬集團（KNM，7164),華商機构（WASEONG，5142）、沿海工程（COASTAL，5071）、拉慕尼亞、以及環境海事資源（ALAM，5115）等。

Oilcorp confident of RM1.73bil Mideast contract
PETALING JAYA: Oilcorp Bhd is confident of securing a US$500mil (RM1.73bil) oil and gas contract in the Middle East, group managing director Sunny Ng Huat Tian said.
“Chances of winning the project are very good,” he said after the company AGM here.
The result would be known in two to three months, Ng said.
“We are waiting for the letter of intent and award which is subject to the client’s approval,” he said.
If Oilcorp won the contract, the project would be undertaken with its partner from China, Ng said.
“We are in negotiations with our partner to implement the project and expect this to be concluded before year-end,” he said.
Ng said the group’s order book currently stood at between RM500mil and RM600mil, of which half came from overseas.
He said the group, via 51% subsidiary OilFab Sdn Bhd, was aiming to secure RM1bil worth of new projects by 2009 after having submitted bids to Murphy Oil, Petronas Carigali and Shell.
On the group’s resort operations, Ng said it would develop a 300-acre mixed development project, with the first phase involving 70 acres and a gross development value of RM600mil.
The D’Tiara Waterfront Resort project in Pulau Indah, Selangor, comprised a waterfront resort, canal bungalows, leisure homes and was expected to be completed within two years, he said.
Ng said the group was also planning to list its subsidiary Ascentland Sdn Bhd on the London Stock Exchange next year.
Oilcorp posted a higher pre-tax profit of RM153.23mil for its financial year ended Dec 31, 2006, against RM132.23mil in the previous year.
Revenue rose to RM13.38mil from RM11.75mil previously. |

bp 是那里? 小弟来自kl, 我看我拥有oilcorp 的时间比elvingan长哦..之前我是hold sweejoo 的..哈哈...不然如此吧,大家一起来找出以下股项,交流交流如何?
1. price less than 2.50
2. eps high.
3. must from main board.
4. pe lower than others in same industry.
5. Good cash flow.
我先来介绍.
1. skpres, 电子业,price 0.185, 没split 过, eps 0.84 ( 电子业有望下半年回稳)
2. masteel , 钢铁公司, price 1.34,eps 4.97, 将有两CENTS dividend,standard and poor target price 2.10. ( refer bursa research paper you can know)
