我的也是JVC,整个镜头无端端不能看见,连颜色也没有,一片黑黑的不能拍摄不过可以播放(play)LCD SCREEN ok..保证期没有效因为已经一年半..很少用而且都没有跌过. |

打电话给JVC保养部门(SC),看来好象是CCD的问题(拔出lens Cap不过lens Cap的信息还一直出现) ,必须要更换,RM300(加上人工), 值得吗?我的型号是DR-D53... |

好嚴重喔..花錢買了機,就要象疼老婆那樣照顧..不然它也會耍脾氣鬧情緒的...哎 |

Information for users of JVC camcorders
Thank you very much for using JVC products.
Recently, it has come to light that a break up of image sensor (CCD) has occurred in some of our camcorders. This problem may possibly result in the display of symptoms such as (i) error message “Lens Cap” and (ii) no or corrupted images. This problem may or may not occur depending on the inconsistent quality of the image sensor (CCD) in addition to the environmental conditions of storage and use of the camcorders.
As such, for the affected camcorder models, JVC's warranty coverage to the image sensor (CCD) displaying the above-mentioned symptoms will be extended (the time frame of the period will be subject to a further notice). In such cases, JVC will carry out repairs free of charge during the extended period. All the other warranty terms and conditions will remain the same, including the limitations stated on JVC's Warranty Certificate.
