康服手套向馬證交所報備，太平新建成的倉庫與包裝部廠房發生火患。

The cause of the fire and actual extent of the damage are currently still unknown, pending the completion of the police investigations into the fire and issuance of their report. The fire outbreak did not result in any death casualty and the production line is not affected. However, preliminary assessment reveals that the fire incident would not have a material impact to the financial and operations of the Company. The Company will render their full assistance to the investigation and the Board of Directors will monitor the situation closely. This announcement is dated 4 March 2016.

当季营业额按年增39.62%，至5863万8000令吉，超越去年同季的4199万8000令吉。

公司在文告中指出，当季业绩表现亮眼，归功于营销策略强劲、生产成本降低，以及产品组合获得改善。

合计全年，净利按年激增4.52倍，录得2348万5000令吉或每股净利4.2仙，高于前年的425万7000令吉。

全年营业额按年扬48.08%，达2亿2983万8000令吉，前年则报1亿5521万7000令吉。

累计上半年，净利扬3.4%至940万4000令吉；营业额增长5.7%，报1亿1620万4000令吉。

根据文告，随着生产力提高，公司的营销团队积极推销手套，带动销量走高。其他的收入，还包括保险赔偿金。

若排除保险赔偿金，经调整后的营运净利乃增长35%至670万令吉，该公司赚幅则扬2%，归功于效率佳。

该公司第三季净赚828万7000令吉，相等于每股净利1.81仙，高于上财年同季的716万5000令吉或1.58仙。

同时，营业额从6127万6000令吉，按年攀升20.83%，达7403万9000令吉，主要是因为客户对特殊手套的需求增加。

无资产注销．康复手套首季转盈

（吉隆坡21日讯）资产注销不再，促使康复手套（COMFORT，2127，主板工业产品组）转亏为盈，截至2017年4月30日止首季，净利报1014万6000令吉，前期为亏损944万2000令吉。

首季营业额走高79.16%至9370万2000令吉。

该公司董事部透过文告表示，去年公司面对火患因素，共亏损1280万令吉，其中包括产业、工厂、设备及存货注销。

展望未来，董事部认为原材料价格波动，首季胶价高涨，而第二季胶价则下滑，市场仍在寻找稳定的胶价。另外，马币走强，因此，产品售价需进行调整。

董事部补充，手套需求依旧强求，并从中寻找机会，以加强业绩表现。

客制化生产．康复手套获利看俏

（吉隆坡24日讯）康复手套（COMFORT，2127，主板工业产品组）差异化产品定位以及扩充生产线，分析员看好未来获利成长，建议“买进”。

兴业研究表示，该公司所生产的手套可以根据客户需求，生产不同长度、颜色、厚度以及数量手套。康复手套的客制化生产线，令该公司在竞争激烈大马手套市场有足够缓冲空间。

扩厂完成后，目前该公司可年产40亿双手套，旗下共有40条生产线。在未来数年也会继续增加生产线。该公司已经分配3300万令吉资本开销，已建造新厂房，估计年产量能额外增加20%。

净现金

该公司管理层拥有20年手套业经验，在2013年更换管理层后，更是一直维持净现金地位。

兴业认为该公司无论在获利成长或财务方面皆十分稳定，加上手套需求日渐增加，因此给予“买进”评级，目标价1令吉25仙。

（吉隆坡19日讯）Comfort Gloves Bhd截至7月杪2018财政年第二季净利由去年同期的1885万令吉，或每股3.37仙，减逾半至907万令吉，或每股1.62仙。

这家手套制造商表示，去年同期获得1214万令吉的保险赔偿，是太平仓库于2016年3月发生火灾所蒙受的损失赔偿。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，不计单次收益，2018财年次季的核心净利从664万令吉，按年上扬36.5%。

次季营业额劲升79.33%至1亿1460万令吉，同期为6390万令吉，归功于销售走高。

综合2018财年首半年表现，净利由940万令吉，增长超过一倍至1921万令吉；营业额涨79.25%至2亿830万令吉，同期是1亿1620万令吉。

Comfort Gloves指出，仍将致力于通过持续降低成本来合理化营运。

“这符合公司按照市场需求，继续内部增长的计划。”

利好烘托．康复手套财测上调

（吉隆坡20日讯）康复手套（COMFORT，2127，主板工业产品组）2018财政年上半年财报亮眼，兴业研究看好在需求增长、产能扩充及稳定资产负债表等利多因素烘托下，公司盈利前景持续向好，上调未来3年财测3%。

康复手套第二季营业额走高79.32%，至1亿1459万5000令吉，推高上半年营业额上扬96.12%，至2亿零829万7000令吉。该公司第二季净利下挫51.89%，至906万6000令吉；首半年净利则上扬104.29%，至1921万2000令吉。

该行表示，康复手套2018财政年上半年营业额和净利双双超越预期，达到全年财测的64%和58%，相信在工业、医疗保健和食品工业对一次性手套需求增长、产能改善与新增产量支撑下，集团盈利前景依旧向好。

截至2018财政年次季，康复手套拟为建设仓库和厂房投放3700万令吉资本开销，兴业研究说，公司现有生产线已几近饱和，预期2019财政年落实的扩充计划将提高产能20%，至每年48亿只手套。

“在反映产量增加及马币走强效益后，我们上调康复手套2018至2020财政年盈利目标3%。”

配合财测调整，兴业研究也提高康复手套目标价至1令吉28仙，但维持“买进”评级不变。

营业额年增43.87%至1亿652万1000令吉。

累计9个月，净利大涨75.87%至3111万3000令吉；营业额上升65.48%至3亿1481万8000令吉。

COMFORT手套今日向交易所报备，前一年至今的净利，是已排除因火灾发生而造成的影响。

该公司成功维持年初至今的净利赚幅在10%。

比较次季销售营业额，第三季下跌7%至1亿650万令吉，归咎于乳胶原料价格下降，使平均售价随着减少，不过，由于需求殷切，推动销量上涨6.3%。
