（吉隆坡28日讯）在11月时迎回丹斯里陈志远坐镇的成功集团（BJCORP，3395，主板贸服股），截至10月31日次季按年由盈转亏，蒙受1亿4598万5000令吉的净亏。

成功集团向马交所报备，上财年同季净赚1亿7650万5000令吉，或每股净利3.27仙。

根据文告，成功集团次季的亏损主因，是因为要为脱售中国Great Mall（GMOC）项目活动的减值拨备。

买家未缴清余款

集团解释，GMOC的买家北京天洋国际控股没有在11月之前缴清剩余付款，已针对此事进行诉讼。

次季营业额则报21亿8583万1000令吉，按年减11.06%，较上财年同季的24亿5751万令吉逊色。

成功集团指出，旗下的零售、汽车经销、产业投资和发展业务在次季的营业额都表现不佳。不过，酒店和度假城、餐馆和咖啡馆、以及博彩业务按年都录得较高营收。

累计首半年，成功集团蒙受1亿8938万1000令吉净亏，远不如上财年同期的1亿1382万8000令吉净利表现。

营业额则是录得43亿8451万3000令吉，按年少6.35%，上财年同期则收得46亿8191万8000令吉。

陳志遠：有利好因素 零售業前景樂觀

（吉隆坡10日訊）成功集團創辦人丹斯里陳志遠指出，就成功集團來說，該公司對于零售業的前景感到樂觀。

他指出，儘管零售業早前確實有面對一些挑戰，例如電子商務或者網購等因素帶來影響，但是近來零售業已經有著很好的利好因素和取得成長。

“這包括近來令吉匯率回穩、國內經濟取得成長和新的投資項目等等，這些都是利好因素。”

他說，隨著消費者逐漸接受消費稅，所以也是促使零售業有所成長的因素，因此整體而言是正面的。

他今日出席MOL Access Portal私人有限公司推出移動支付應用程式One2pay儀式后，在記者會上，這么指出。

針對7-11便利店與布拉欣控股的合作已經失效一事，陳志遠指出，7-11便利店將會放眼與其他公司合作。

“我們正在和其他公司接觸商談中，但是尚沒有任何最終決定。”

他指出，一旦有所定奪之后，該公司將對外公佈。

針對One2pay時，他說，隨著推介之后，消費者可以在巴生谷的7-11便利店使用One2pay；本月17日起，全馬2218間7-11便利店都能使用One2pay。

MOL Access Portal集團總執行長柏里查本賴巴塔拉故則指出，7-11便利店是第一個接受使用One2pay的零售業者，這是一個很重要的里程碑，該公司長期以來都在支持我國成為無現金社會的願景。

接下來幾個月，這項支付系統將會擴大到星巴克、肯尼羅傑斯餐廳（Kenny Rogers Roasters）和Wendy’s；該公司計劃在一年內，擴大One2pay至超過6000個接觸點。

新移動支付應用程式One2pay啟用

MOL Access Portal私人有限公司本周三（10日）推出移動支付應用程式One2pay，這項新的移動支付應用程式，從本月10日開始可以在巴生谷的7-11便利店使用。

One2pay是一個全新的移動錢包支付工具，這個應用程式的方便之處是採用“條碼”（barcode）和“QR Code”掃碼支付。屆時，在購物支付時，商家只需掃碼就能完成付款交易。

One2pay受到國家銀行管制，用戶可以在Apple Store app 和Google Play商店下載該應用程式，並根據自身的電話戶碼註冊一個免費的賬號。

如果欲充值，用戶可以在國內任何一家7-11便利店，購買One2pay充值PIN碼；此外，用戶也可以使用網上銀行服務，為賬號充值。【中国报财经】

成功集團 2.6億脫售中國子公司

（吉隆坡6日訊）成功集團（BJCORP，3395，主要板貿服）宣布，以4億3180萬人民幣（或相等于2億6599萬令吉）全數脫售DSG控股85%股權或850萬股；完成售股后，后者將不再是該集團子公司。

成功集團向馬證交所報備指出，與DSG控股另兩名股東Earthlodge投資公司和Elque資源私人有限公司，在今日與買家Besino環保公司，進入股權買賣協議，以總值5億800萬人民幣（或相等于3億1293萬令吉）將DSG控股100%股權脫售。

DSG控股公司旗下擁有8家子公司，主要在中國境內涉及生產和供應食水、污水處理項目、及提供顧問和管理服務。

截至去年4月30日財年，DSG控股公司錄得已審核淨利達1763萬令吉，已審核淨資產值則是2億1700萬令吉。

成功集團對DSG控股的投資成本自2012年起至今一共是7791萬令吉。

截至2017年10月31日，DSG控股在成功集團的賬面價值是1億9135萬令吉。

2.7亿售DSG 85％引疑窦‧成功集团或有后续？

成功集团（BJCORP,3395,主板贸服组）上周以4亿3180万人民币（约2亿6599万令吉）脱售DSG控股85%股权，从中获得1亿零829万令吉税前盈利。

根据成功集团官网显示，DSG控股业务为水务处理，在中国山东及安徽共有3座水务厂，三座水务厂每日可处理的水资源高达16万立方米，未来产能最高可再走高至13万至29万立方米。

2017年报显示，DGS控股贡献的税前盈利为3200万人民币（约1972万令吉），而三座水务厂的特许经营权期限在2035及2036年方到期，这意味着这三座水务厂仍有很庞大的成长空间，乃是稳定产生现金流的“摇钱树”。

成功集团强调，股权脱售可为集团带来兑现投资价值的机会，毕竟“好景卖高价”也是商略，惟脱售可稳定贡献盈利的资产，也不禁引人疑窦。

值得一提的是，创办人丹斯里陈志远是在去年11月重新复出，担任成功集团执行主席一职，这也是他复出以来最大的企业活动。

市场揣测，陈志远或许是相中了更有发展潜力的业务，需保留更多现金，以备不时之需。

除此以外，成功集团尚有2项公用资产，分别位于中国广东水务处理厂及乌鲁雪兰莪垃圾处理厂，未来会否持续脱售公用资产，还是未知数。

The Board of Directors of Berjaya Corporation Berhad (“BCorporation”) wishes to inform that the Company has, via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Berjaya HR Café Limited (“BHR Café”), subscribed for 19,600 common stocks representing a 98% equity interest in Just KPop Limited (“JKP”) at par value of KRW5,000 each for a total cash consideration of KRW98 million (equivalent to RM354,172) (“Subscription”). Following the Subscription, JKP is now a 98%-owned subsidiary of BCorporation.
