哈哈哈，那有这么容易要 CEO 下台。

以你假设的 EPS 23.95来算，那么 EPSG 就有 10% 了。如果每年都能维持这个数字，那确实是好事。不知道为什么，总觉得 zhulian 没办法广展，这个没有根据的，只凭感觉。

這麼會沒有驚喜, 海外(泰國) Sales不好，其實一直在退步, 2008年第一季 554.6萬 ; 第二季483.1萬 ; 第三季463.8萬 ; 第四季317.8萬 ; 2009年第一季292.0萬, 第一季 year on year basis, 已經掉了554.6 - 292 = 262.6萬(0.76 Sen/股), 但EPS不降反昇, 4.44 ...> 4.88 (仍有進步10%).  如果排除海外退步的因素, year on year basis應該有進步了約27%.

里面有分 Current 和 History 的 announcement。你可以从左边的 option 选，然后，中间有个 "Company" 的 tab，你可以到那里找你要的企业，注明，quarterly report 是在 announcement 里面的。

Zhulian的發展可多了, 去年7月剛建好一間3000多萬的廠, 今年又再花1800萬建倉庫, 手上還有現金約1億(約29 Sen/月)不懂打算會怎麼花, 如果當Dividend發,可以連續發8個Quarter (3 sen/Quarter).

投資了近5000萬, 不能幫助公司盈利增加10%,  我看CEO自己也會不好意思而 主動下台吧.

It will invest RM18mil in warehouse and HQ expansion GEORGE TOWN: Zhulian Corp Bhd, a main-board group specialising in direct selling, is undertaking expansion this year to cater to new market, despite a gloomy global market outlook. Group managing director Danny M.K.Teoh said the group was investing RM18mil this year to expand its warehouse-cum-marketing headquarters at the Bayan Lepas Industrial Estate. "We are building another facility comprising a warehouse and a manufacturing floor," he told StarBiz. "The new facility is scheduled for completion next year."

随着马股大涨以及外围因素持续不稳定的影响之下，一些投资者觉得有点不安，一些人甚至想要把部分资金趁机套利。然而，在现今定期存款利率不高的情况下，投资者可能选择一些抗跌股，以进行保本和增加回酬的投资。

在众多股项当中，速远集团（Zhulian，5131，主板消费产品股）便是其中一个值得考虑的股项之一。这家多层次行销公司与同侪比较，它处于低估值水平(4.9倍本益比)、拥有高赚幅和（24.6%）以及良好股息回酬（10.8%）。

赚幅比同侪高

其他消费产品公司，例如海鸥海鸥（HaiO，7668，主板贸服股）、安利（Amway，6351，主板贸服股）、英美烟草（BAT，4162，主板消费产品股）、JT国际（JTInter，2615，主板消费产品股）和健力士英格（GUINESS，3255，主板消费产品股）等，也是一些高股息的公司，平均介于7.7%的周息率，不过它们的估值都已经高涨，处于2009财政年 12.4倍水平。

尽管该公司是走中下层路线，但是赚幅却很高，净赚幅达到25.2%，比安利和海鸥还要高。这主要是归功于它拥有内部的厂房，使到它可以降低原料成本的压力，并且享有大规模生产的好处。

它80%的产品是由内部所生产，这包括珠宝产品、营养产品、食品和饮料产品，以及一系列的消费产品，如水过滤系统、褥垫及枕头等。

该公司业务主要以生产和销售医疗保健和家庭用品为主，其消费对象多数来自家庭主妇，而马来社群的家庭主妇人口庞大，占了全国家庭主妇人口的60％，因此对于速远集团而言，本地市场尚有很大的扩张空间。

海外业务贡献增加

近年来该公司不断积极展开扩张计划，因此料将成功提高海外市场的贡献额。目前公司营业额主要来自大马半岛，在2008财政年，半岛的贡献仍占58%，然而，这已经较2006财政年的67%显著减少。海外联号的盈利贡献也由2006财政年500万令吉，增长至2008财政年的1820万令吉。因此，预计在未来2、3年内，该公司将会把海外盈利贡献额提高至约50％的水平。

尽管营运环境充满挑战，但是它2009财政年盈利将保持稳定。速远集团过去表现是杰出，它2004年至2008财政年的每股盈利增长是处于19%复合平均增长率。它的资本回酬率也由2001财政年的4%显著增长至2008财政年26%.

今年表现料稳健

预料2009财政年，速远集团将能够保持稳健的表现，理由是1)传销业务表现强劲、2）新产品推介激励业务上扬以及更具成本效率、3）进军东马市场，以及4）第三间工厂落成之后，饮料及营养品产品更会做出更高的增长贡献。

该公司已经建议以60％盈利做为派股的用途，相信该公司拥有能力维持这样慷慨派发股息的政策，因为它所从事业务可以让它保持现金流量。由于它在2008财政年已经耗资4000万令吉兴建第三间工厂，2009财政年没有任何重大的开销，所以，预料它的净现金在2009财政年将维持在1亿令吉以上的水平。

盈余佳重估机率大

由于速远集团所从事的珠宝业务更具挑战性、刚上市不久（2007年4月27日上市）以及食品和饮料领域的市场份额低，还就是营养品与安利和海鸥比较仍然属于新的品牌，所以这使到它的股价本益比较同侪低47%。目前速远集团最接近的竞争对手便是安利和海鸥。

不过，由于它在季度表现中展现出它的赚钱能力，相信时间久了之后，它将拥有很大机率获得重估。此外，它的另一个优点便是净赚幅和周息率都比同侪更高。不包括其每股净现金，目前速远集团则是处于2009财政年3.4倍的水平，而海鸥和安利则是分别处于4.9 倍和10.1倍的水平。

PENANG: ZHULIAN CORPORATION BERHAD(ZCB), one of the leading MLM-based investment holding companies in the region has successfully transformed itself from a gold plated jewellery marketer cum manufacturer to a public listed company that owns large-scale, widely diversified manufacturing facilities. The construction of this new facility had begun in July 2007 and its distance is only a 5 minute-drive from the two existing plants at Plot 41 & 42 Bayan Lepas Industrial Estate, Phase IV, Penang. The facility comprises three storeys that house various production departments, warehouse, R & D labs and administrative office.
