旅游保险。。travel insurance
请问各位， 你们出门都有买travel insurance 吗 ？我遇到一各问题， 我是马六甲人， 之前跟了一个kl 的旅行团 。买了 XXX 的travel insurance
回来时，发现luggage 坏了， 也拿了机场的报告，
导游叫我要到kl 他的travel 公司，他帮我claim
因为 xxx 在 马六甲也有分行， 我们自己到保险公司claim 不行吗 ？
我这里上去也要费用１００ ＋＋， ｃｌａｉｍ一个２５０ 的ｌｕｇｇａｇｅ ，好像划不来。。而且，也不一定有的赔。。。 如果你有保单在手就容易得多，在什么分行都可以办。

保单是有的。。我去 AAA 问了。。可以claim You just need to file a claim online, they will pay for it.
